Our Breads
We're traveling Sunday, June 7 through Monday, June 15 and accepting orders for pickup or delivery when we return.
Send your order to jared@ospreybaking.com. Include preferred dates for pickup in Moraga or delivery in the East Bay and we'll work to make it happen. We'll add a small delivery fee for areas beyond Lamorinda and Walnut Creek.
At the moment, all our breads are made to order. Please allow at least a day for the sandwich bread, two for either of the boules, and three for the sourdough.
Artisan Boule
A long preferment adds depth to this workhorse loaf. Delicious with olive oil at dinner or sliced for a sandwich at lunch.

Ancient Grain Boule
A hearty loaf built on buckwheat, sorghum, and amaranth. Think good butter, sharp or creamy cheese, a bowl of soup.

Sourdough
Two days of slow, natural fermentation lead to a blistered crust, an open crumb, and a true sourdough tang.

Sandwich Bread
A soft, sliceable, and sturdy pan loaf that can stand up to a tomato and do what sandwich bread is supposed to do.
